Darker shades are our go-to selections for SkyShades as they efficiently soak up the heat and minimize the surplus heat and light that penetrates through the fabric. This increased absorption results in superior protection and diminished glare. Mermet fabrics come in two unique styles: Natte and Satine. Motorization & Electronics
Our SkyShades are primarily operated via a motor that uses a built-in radio receiver. With a single button push, you can control the positioning of your retractable screens. Remotes offer the most flexibility for both future upgrades as well as smart home integrations.

Our magnetic wall-mounted base provides you with a convenient place to store your remote.
Remotes are available as single-channel or 15-channel. Single channel remotes operate one shutter or one group of shutters. 15-channel remotes can operate up to 15 shutters, each individually as well as simultaneously.
Radio Wall Switch
Radio Wall Switches are available as single channel or 15 channel control. Single-channel control operates one rolling shutter or retractable screen. 15-channel control operates 15 different rolling shutters or retractable screens. This option includes a master channel to operate everything simultaneously. Radio Wall switches can also be used with the Hub Connector and mobile app.
Hub Connector
The Hub Connector can be programmed to operate your window shades. The Hub Connector allows you to control your radio-transmitted motor and operate your window shades from your smartphone. From the Connector app, you can control individual or groups of shades — even when you’re away from home! The Hub Connector is perfect for the smart home as it integrates easily with your Echo or Google Home.
