1. All Sales Are Final
- No returns accepted under any circumstance.
- Once the purchase is complete, the sale is final.
2. Exchange-Only Window
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Item must be new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Exchanges depend on product availability and management approval.
3. Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to any approved exchange.
- Fee covers inspection, processing, and reintegration into inventory.
4. Shipping & Delivery Fees
- All shipping, delivery, freight, and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Additional logistics required for exchanges will be billed at the current rate.
5. Special Orders
- Custom, made-to-order, and special-order items are final sale.
- No exchanges, cancellations, or modifications permitted.
6. Damaged or Defective Claims
- Manufacturer defects must be reported immediately.
- Caspi Living will assist with vendor warranty procedures.
- Warranty claims do not qualify as returns or refunds.
7. Policy Acceptance
- Completing a purchase indicates agreement with this policy in full.
