To maintain product integrity and ensure consistent customer experience, Caspi Living enforces the following standards for all showroom and retail purchases:

1. All Sales Are Final

  • No returns accepted under any circumstance.
  • Once the purchase is complete, the sale is final.

2. Exchange-Only Window

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • Item must be new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Exchanges depend on product availability and management approval.

3. Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to any approved exchange.
  • Fee covers inspection, processing, and reintegration into inventory.

4. Shipping & Delivery Fees

  • All shipping, delivery, freight, and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Additional logistics required for exchanges will be billed at the current rate.

5. Special Orders

  • Custom, made-to-order, and special-order items are final sale.
  • No exchanges, cancellations, or modifications permitted.

6. Damaged or Defective Claims

  • Manufacturer defects must be reported immediately.
  • Caspi Living will assist with vendor warranty procedures.
  • Warranty claims do not qualify as returns or refunds.

7. Policy Acceptance

  • Completing a purchase indicates agreement with this policy in full.
